The Opportunity
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This is a casual role offering flexible hours and ongoing work.
You will provide direct support to participants in their homes and the community, assisting with daily living and promoting independence and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with personal care and hygiene
- Provide domestic assistance including cleaning and meal preparation
- Support social and community participation
- Transport participants to appointments and activities
- Follow individual support plans and organisational policies
- Maintain professional communication with participants, families, and the wider support team
About You
You will be someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with disabilities (preferred)
- Is committed to upholding the rights, dignity, and choice of people with disability
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Is physically capable of meeting the demands of the role
Essential Requirements
- National Police Certificate (Required)
- Driver Licence and access to own vehicle (Required)
- Right to work in Australia (Required)
- Ability to reliably commute within Victoria or relocate prior to commencement
Compliance & Certifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (VIC) – current or willing to obtain
- Working With Children Check – current or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (Required)
- COVID-19 vaccination (Required)

- Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: On-site / Community-based
Shifts Available
- Morning, day, afternoon, evening, and night shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating rosters
- On-call and shift work
