Role Overview
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth and confidence
- Running sections with efficiency and professionalism
- Delivering premium service with personality
- Strong menu, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- Ability to upsell and guide guests through the 2 ELEMENTS experience
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years FOH experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, confident presence under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience and bubbly personality
- Availability for nights and weekends
