About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support and drive recruitment across its growing retail portfolio in Sydney.
This role will focus primarily on store-based recruitment, while also supporting selected head office hiring needs across the business. Working closely with retail leaders and stakeholders, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment while helping to improve and streamline recruitment processes and ways of working.
The position is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is confident operating in a growing business where recruitment processes and systems are still evolving.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across retail store and selected head office positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce and hiring needs
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing retail hiring needs
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to internal stakeholders
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Coordinate interviews, offer management, and onboarding activities
- Support the development and improvement of recruitment processes and workflows
- Assist in creating more structure and consistency across recruitment practices
- Maintain recruitment reporting and hiring activity updates
About you:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment
- Previous retail, hospitality, or high-volume recruitment experience required
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Comfortable operating with limited systems and processes in place
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Confident sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
