Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your attention to detail and efficiency are highly valued.

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to management and team members
Manage appointments, schedules, and calendars efficiently using office management systems
Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational standards
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders through professional communication
Assist with day-to-day office operations, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and facility coordination
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems with meticulous attention to accuracy
Support billing and invoicing processes as required

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within a healthcare or fast-paced office environment
Strong skills across reception, customer service, theatre bookings, pre-admissions, patient admissions and discharges
Experience collating files, providing clinical administration support, and completing general administrative duties
Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities while working collaboratively within a team environment
Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff
