Your Opportunity Awaits
As a Service Relationship Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in building and strengthening referral pathways, enhancing service delivery, and supporting business growth through Castle’s marketing and engagement strategy.
In this role, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, employers, referral partners, and community organisations, identifying opportunities to grow referral pathways and engagement.
- Provide high-quality information and support to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to service delivery, planning, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to marketing and engagement initiatives, including campaigns, events, and the development of promotional materials and communications.
- Use CRM systems and business tools to manage relationships, track outcomes, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, supporting problem-solving and delivering positive outcomes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Demonstrated experience (3–5+ years) in stakeholder engagement, business development, or relationship management, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Proven experience implementing marketing activities, including campaigns, events, promotional materials and communications.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage complex or sensitive conversations and build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to develop relationships that deliver mutual benefit.
- Experience using CRM systems and business technologies.
- A genuine passion for supporting people and improving outcomes for individuals with disability.
- Relevant qualification (Diploma or higher) or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of NDIS, inclusive employment services, or willingness to learn.
Essential Requirements:

Current driver’s licence or access to reliable transport.
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check.
