We are looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Shared Services Coordinator to support the administration of recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle changes through Dayforce. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative Human Resources team, providing timely, accurate and friendly support to candidates, employees, people leaders and internal HR stakeholders. About the role
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager and as part of a team of six, you will play an important role in keeping HR processes moving smoothly and ensuring information is captured accurately and on time.
- Support Recruitment Specialists throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience
- Track the completion of new hire compliance and ongoing employee compliance activities using Zipline
- Prepare offer letters using Dayforce
- Review and process employee lifecycle changes
- Respond to general HR enquiries through the HR inbox and direct contact, providing first-level guidance to employees and people leaders
- Assist the broader HR team with probation reviews, performance reviews, terminations, learning activities and general HR matters
About you
You are a confident administrator who enjoys working with systems, processes and people. You take pride in accuracy, follow through on tasks and understand the importance of confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working within a recruitment or human resources team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems; HRIS experience will be highly regarded. We can teach you to use Dayforce and Zipline
- High attention to detail with structured, process-driven thinking
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes at the same time
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
