About the role
Working within a supportive used vehicles team, you will guide customers through one of the most significant purchases they will make, making a real difference to their experience from the first conversation to the moment they drive away.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and online to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Managing your own pipeline of leads and follow-ups, giving you genuine ownership over your results
- Presenting and demonstrating used vehicles to highlight their features and value
- Negotiating and closing sales, with the satisfaction of seeing each deal through from enquiry to handover
- Collaborating with the finance and after-sales teams to deliver a complete customer experience
- Keeping your product knowledge current across a diverse used vehicle stock
About You
You are someone who connects easily with people, takes pride in honest advice, and finds genuine satisfaction in helping a customer find the right car.
More about you:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role is valued
- A current NSW driver's licence is essential for this role
- Strong communication skills, both in listening and in presenting solutions clearly
- Comfortable working towards targets, with the self-motivation to manage your own workload
- A collaborative approach that contributes positively to the team around you
- Familiarity with dealer management systems is an advantage, though training is provided
