Queensland Property Inspections (QPI) is a fast-growing property inspection company working with leading real estate agencies across Brisbane. We specialise in routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, and open home services for property management agencies.
We’re looking for a reliable, professional and detail-oriented Property Inspections & Open Homes Officer to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting routine inspections of residential properties
- Completing entry and exit condition reports
- Taking clear photos and preparing detailed inspection reports using inspection software
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Conducting vacant property checks when required
- Hosting open homes on behalf of agency clients
- Managing keys, access and daily inspection schedules
- Communicating professionally with property managers, tenants and prospective tenants
- Working independently while maintaining a high standard of service
Work is scheduled by suburb to minimise travel and maximise efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps and inspection software
- Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
- Punctual, organised and dependable
