- 4–7 years of procurement experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of GMP, manufacturing environments and both Australian and international supply chains
- Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to run supplier commercial discussions independently
- Solid analytical capability — comfortable with cost analysis, pricing evaluation and benchmarking
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 preferred) and strong Excel skills
- Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders across functions
- Preferred background in rigid packaging within Australian supply chains
- Experience managing third-party manufacturing relationships, with strong capability in procurement supplier relationship management.
- Experience across specific supply categories, particularly laundry, cleaning and natural remedies, including oils and fragrances.
- Project management experience delivering agreed outcomes against defined scope and delivery requirements.
If this sounds like your ideal next role, we look forward to reviewing your application.
