As a Senior Program Officer in the Tourism Division (DETSI), you'll take a leading role in managing stakeholder engagement projects and initiatives. Collaborating across government agencies and with tourism industry leaders, you will:
Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the Destination 2045 strategy.
Build strong, sustainable relationships with industry, government agencies, and tourism organisations.
Lead stakeholder and engagement projects, supporting clear communication and collaborative partnerships.
Plan and oversee events and workshops, including occasional travel across Queensland.
Manage contracts, budgets, and reporting for tourism projects.
Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, briefing notes, and strategic documents.

Ability to produce high-quality written documents for a range of stakeholders, including reports, Ministerial briefs, and program guidelines.
