About the Role
You'll repair and maintain printers and photocopiers , which will make up approximately 60–70% of your role, which entails:
- Attending customers site to diagnose photocopier fault
- Repair and replace parts for photocopier
The remaining 30% of the role focuses on the future of office technology, including:
- Software configuration and support
- Driver deployment and print management
- Network and scan-to-email troubleshooting
- Remote diagnostics and fleet management
- Automation systems and workflow solutions
- 3cx configuration and deployment
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Perth Metro + occasional regional support
We're looking for someone who combines:
Mechanical ability + software ability + initiative + ownership
We want someone who investigates, learns, takes control, and sees the job through to a successful outcome for the client.
Primary Brands We Support
Strong experience in one or more of these is highly regarded:
- Lexmark / Xerox
- Hewlett Packard (HP)
- 3CX Phone Systems
- CommBox Interactive Displays
- BenQ Interactive Displays
Any multi-brand printer or photocopier experience is highly valued.
