The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality People & Culture (HR) service across the full employee lifecycle.
You will work closely with managers and the wider business to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations—helping to build a high-performing and inclusive culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with managers to support people-related matters and drive a high-performing, inclusive culture
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Manage onboarding, including pre-employment checks and delivering HR induction sessions
- Support employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance, conduct, and engagement
- Assist with probation reviews, career development, and succession planning initiatives
- Coordinate learning and development activities based on business needs
- Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and variations
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and support payroll processes (including leave reconciliation)
- Ensure HR policies and processes remain up to date with legislation and best practice
- Support the delivery of employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Organise and coordinate company events and cultural activities
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
- Collaborate with global HR teams to support wider business initiatives
- Support workplace health & safety compliance and reporting
About You
You are an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships and making a real impact across the business.
You’ll bring:
- Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience using HR systems (HRIS) and supporting payroll processes (desirable)
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation (desirable)
