About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Three Blue Ducks Rosebery.
This is a key role within our back-of-house team, responsible for running a section of the kitchen and delivering consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to execute our seasonal menu, maintain strong service standards, and contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
We’re after a chef who is passionate about great produce, takes pride in presentation and consistency, and thrives in a busy service environment. You’ll be part of a team that values respect, communication, and a genuine love for good food.
Current trading hours are Tuesday - Saturday Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Lunch.
What you’ll be doing
Running a designated section during service
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high and consistent standard
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef team
Supporting smooth and efficient service during busy periods
Maintaining high food safety, hygiene, and kitchen presentation standards
Assisting with prep, stock control, and daily kitchen operations
Contributing to menu execution and seasonal changes
What we’re looking for
Previous Chef de Partie experience preferred (or strong Commis Chef ready to step up)
Passion for seasonal, high-quality produce
Strong knife skills and solid technical cooking ability
Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Genuine passion for hospitality and great food
