- Salary: RN/M3A $130,190 to $136,010 per annum (adjusted to actual hours worked)

Join our multi-disciplinary team as a Clinical Registered Nurse/Midwife and make a real difference in patient care within a supportive, collaborative environment.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse/Midwife Educator to provide professional leadership and deliver high-quality education, training and workforce development initiatives that support excellence in clinical practice. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering education programs, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students, facilitating competency development, and promoting evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice across the organisation.
Working collaboratively with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to service improvement, workforce capability development, research activities, and the implementation of contemporary education strategies. The successful candidate will provide expert advice, mentorship and professional leadership, acting as a key resource for staff while driving continuous learning, innovation and best-practice outcomes.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated nursing or midwifery professional with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to education, leadership and the ongoing development of a skilled and capable healthcare workforce.
The RSS is a business unit in SA Health and provides services throughout regional South Australia to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs). It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in the RSS's three Adelaide offices.

Provide mentorship, coaching and professional support to nurses, midwives, students and clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in patient care.
Coordinate and evaluate training, competency and assessment activities, ensuring staff meet professional standards, organisational requirements and key performance indicators.
