You will bring to the role:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe, evidence based nursing practice.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence when caring for patients with complex physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise care in a dynamic clinical environment.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability and resilience when managing changing patient needs and sensitive situations.
- A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and professional development.
