Smart Hearing Specialists is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Office Assistant to become a valued member of our welcoming and fast-paced audiology clinic.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive experience for everyone who visits or contacts our clinic. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing phone enquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments, handling administrative tasks and invoicing, supporting our clinicians with daily operations, assisting with hearing screening activities, and helping coordinate educational presentations and community outreach programs for other healthcare professionals and organisations.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, highly organised, and comfortable using computer systems. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently are important in this role. You should enjoy working within a close-knit team and demonstrate patience, compassion, and respect-especially when assisting older clients. Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable, but not essential.
