Are you an experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter looking to join one of Australia's leading 4WD Parts & Accessories retailers?

About the Role
As a 4WD Accessory Fitter, you'll be responsible for fitting a wide range of aftermarket accessories to customer vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of bull bars, rear bars and side steps.
- Fitting electric winches and recovery equipment.
- Installation of suspension lift kits and GVM upgrades.
- Fitting roof racks, platforms and rooftop accessories.
- Installation of snorkels.
- Fitting driving lights, light bars and work lights.
- Installation of dual battery systems and battery trays.
- Fitting UHF radios, antennas and communications equipment.
- Installation of towing equipment including tow bars and brake controllers.
- Fitting canopies, ute trays and drawer systems.
- Installation of underbody protection and recovery points.
- Basic 12-volt electrical wiring and accessory installations.
- Conducting quality control inspections before vehicle handover.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience fitting 4WD accessories.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with 12-volt accessory installations.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
Highly Regarded
- Experience with suspension installations and GVM upgrades.
- Auto electrical experience.
- Mechanical trade qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with major 4WD accessory brands.
- Forklift licence (advantageous).
