As a People Services Advisor, your key responsibilities include:
- Participating in Chisholm’s process of Workforce Planning (WFP), supporting the identification of workforce challenges, solutions to address.

HR data integrity and policies & processes efficiencies, including supporting sustainable accuracy and quality of people data and records in line with regulatory and governance requirements i.e. the Register of Trainers and Assessors, new and existing staff data, within timelines and with a high degree of accuracy.

Support managers and employees in their understanding and application of PCS policies and procedures.

Recruitment, selection, talent acquisition and onboarding

Continual identification and delivery of improvements to PCS tools that support improved user experiences and efficiencies.

Provide People Culture and Safety generalist support services and coordination of activities related to recruitment, appointment and onboarding of new staff, variations for existing staff and general information on employment conditions including enterprise agreement conditions.

Processing Chisholm Flexible Working Arrangement forms annually and providing advice to employees and managers on Chisholm Flexible Working policy, procedures and escalating to Head People Services and Development and or People Services Business Partners as required. This includes applications under section 65 of the Fair Work Act and maintain accurate records.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills and experience and capability in providing operational HR advice, support and services to varied clients in a complex environment, strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outcomes in a timely way that meets business needs, capacity to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and proven skills in utilising MS Office applications, HR computing systems and maintaining data and records, with a strong attention to detail.
Qualifications required for the role
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education / training in Human Resources.
