We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our showroom and become part of an exciting new chapter in our business.

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own customer relationships from the initial enquiry through to installation, while collaborating closely with a supportive team that shares one common goal—delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role
You'll work closely with our friendly, supportive team while managing your own customer projects from the first consultation through to installation.
Your day may include:
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing exceptional customer service.
- Recommending flooring solutions to suit customers' homes and budgets.
- Conducting onsite measures and site inspections.
- Reading floor plans and preparing accurate quotations.
- Coordinating with suppliers, installers and customers throughout each project.
- Following up enquiries and building long-term customer relationships.
- Assisting with the day-to-day presentation and operation of the showroom.
Comprehensive product training will be provided.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous sales, estimating or customer service experience.
- Has experience within flooring, construction, home improvement or a related industry (preferred but not essential).
- Can confidently build rapport with customers.
- Is organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Has strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Can read floor plans or is willing to learn.
- Is willing to learn how to accurately measure homes.
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
Experience with flooring products, subfloor preparation or residential and commercial flooring is highly regarded but not essential for the right applicant.
