My client is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer, Account Manager, or Financial Planning professional to join their established advice practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine client relationship management with advice support responsibilities while gaining exposure to a broad range of financial planning strategies.
Working closely with experienced advisers and a supportive team, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding client service, managing ongoing relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Coordinate client review meetings and ongoing service activities
- Assist with client onboarding and maintaining accurate records
- Support advisers with advice documentation and implementation processes
- Liaise with product providers, insurers, and external stakeholders
- Assist with workflow management, compliance processes, and business improvements
What do you need?
- Previous experience within financial planning, client services, or account management
- Understanding of financial planning products and advice processes
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using financial planning software and CRM systems such as Xplan
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
