Hume Truck Parts is seeking an experienced Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual with strong knowledge of European truck parts. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with European truck parts enquiries
- Identifying and sourcing the correct truck parts
- Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Delivering outstanding customer service
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience and knowledge of European truck parts (required)
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
