Details: artsACT plays a key role in supporting a vibrant arts and cultural sector across the ACT. We develop and implement arts policy, manage funding programs, and provide advice to government on arts development and infrastructure. We also oversee the Public Art Program and contribute to the management of key arts facilities.
We are seeking a capable and organised professional to lead the delivery and administration of arts programs and projects. In this role, you will manage funding programs from end to end, coordinate program timelines and reporting, and ensure high-quality outcomes for both government and sector stakeholders. You will also contribute to policy development by preparing briefings, advice and correspondence that support decision-making.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will build strong relationships with artists, arts organisations and government partners. You will monitor program performance, identify risks and emerging issues, and support continuous improvement across program delivery. This role also includes supervising staff and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
