About the role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll lead the NSW and ACT market, coaching a team of Business Consultants/Area Managers while partnering closely with franchisees and cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes.
This role is accountable for end-to-end state performance—driving sales growth, operational excellence, customer experience and profitability across a large, franchised network of over 50 stores. You’ll play a critical role in embedding brand strategy, strengthening culture, and ensuring a safe, high-performing environment across your market.
Key Activities Include
Driving Performance & Profitability
- Deliver sales, profit and operational targets across the state network
- Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities across sites
- Drive accountability through KPIs and performance rhythms
Leading People & Capability
- Coach and develop Area Managers/Business Consultants
- Build a high-performance, customer-focused and safety-led culture
- Lead with influence, clarity and strong communication
Franchisee Partnerships & Growth
- Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise partners
- Influence commercial outcomes and drive brand-aligned behaviours
- Support franchise growth, recruitment and network expansion
Customer Experience & Brand Excellence
- Champion customer-first thinking across all locations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, promotions and marketing
- Drive continuous improvement in customer and employee experience
About You
Essential
- Proven experience leading multi-site operations (50+ locations), ideally in franchised environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for operational excellence
Desirable
- Experience within QSR, retail, FMCG or hospitality environments
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or growth environments
- Strong analytical capability and experience using performance data
