This position primarily involves café operations, including serving customers, maintaining cleanliness in the café and common areas, as well helping with birthday parties during weekends or as required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in customer service roles, and a proactive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Café Operations:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Serve beverages and food items according to café standards.
- Frequent cleaning duties like tidying, sanitising, and general upkeep throughout the day, including dining areas, play areas and restrooms.
- Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Able to commit for at least 6 months.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Confident in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a café or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of customers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
