Enaya is an NDIS registered provider that caters for the needs, goals and future opportunities for our clients. This is done through training, coaching, feedback and support. We are a company with years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and other needs.
We are looking for enthusiastic support workers who are passionate about making a difference. You will be required to assist clients with support in their home and support their need for independence as well as accessing the wider community. As a support worker you will assist our clients to build their capacity and direct them to achieve their goals. Casual, Part-Time, Full-Time and Traineeship positions are available.
We are looking for applicants who:
- can understand and manage intense/complex behaviours
-have a current driver's license and a means of transportation (driving is essential in this role)
- have experience with children / disabilities / complex needs
- have a passion to work with disabilities and complex needs
- have excellent verbal and written skills
- have a detailed approach to keeping records
- have excellent communication skills
- have a working with children's check, NDIS check-police check or willing to obtain. *Once obtained and hired this will be reimbursed by the employer
- can work independently and in a team.
This role offers flexibility depending on your availability.
Pay: $34.50 per hour
