JOB TITLE: Store Worker & Assistant
JOB TYPE: Full Time
PRIMARY LOCATION: Seven Hills, NSW, 2147
SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Director / Manager
THE ROLE:
- Preparing labels and packing slips for daily orders
- Picking and packing orders
- Restocking shelves
- Socktake / inventory management
- Dispatch of goods via company couriers
- Daily postal runs to local dispatch centre
- Customer service, where required
- Diary management
- Maintain a clean and efficient work enviroment as well as a safe workspace ensuring to abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a can-do attitude
- Daily administration functions; including but not limited to emails, phone enquiries, data entry
- Warehousing duties
- Receiving and preparing online orders
- Receiving and preparing for customer collections (click and collect)
- Providing information, advice or assistance to customers
- Clerical Assistant Level 1 functions
- Other tasks as required by director
EXPERIENCE:
1 year experience as a store worker or equivalent
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a basic understanding of sales
- You have attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to maintain an efficient supply chain, with time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- You consider yourself to be a good communicator
- Capable of working alone with no team members
- Possess basic computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft and Email programs
- You’re physically capable of moving, shifting, lifting, unloading and carrying
- You possess qualities of someone who prides themselves on teamwork yet can work autonomously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,032.00 – $1,250.00 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seven Hills NSW 2147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
