About the role
At Ryman, exceptional care is thoughtfully delivered every day. As we continue to evolve our customer experience and service offering, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Project Lead to join our team on an initial 6 months fixed term contract with potential to extend to 12 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of high impact projects that support customer engagement, business growth, and service awareness across our villages and care communities. Working closely with stakeholders across our Marketing, Operations, and Care teams, you'll help bring initiatives to life, coordinate campaigns, and support the successful delivery of key marketing programmes.
This role is based in our Southbank office in Melbourne.
What you'll do
In this varied role, you'll:
- Develop and deliver marketing initiatives that support business initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
- Coordinate campaigns, communications and promotional activities from planning through to execution
- Support customer engagement initiatives across a range of products and services
- Develop marketing collateral, content and communication materials
- Contribute to process improvements and enhancements across marketing programmes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Analyse results and identify opportunities for ongoing optimisation and improvement
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action and working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in a marketing, project, or programme delivery role
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions focused mindset.
- The confidence to influence, engage and work effectively across different teams.
- Experience working in service-based, healthcare, retirement living, customer acquisition or relationship-driven industries will be highly regarded.
