Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within a reputable, quality-focused establishment, along with relevant qualifications. A strong understanding of food, wine and beverages is essential.
The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, sound decision-making ability, and a structured approach to implementing systems and procedures. Experience in setting and achieving targets is highly regarded.
Applicants must hold a valid RSA and demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
