About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent organisational ability. You will be responsible for providing customer service support, handling day-to-day administration tasks, and assisting internal operations.
Customer Service Responsibilities (Primary Duties)
- Answer incoming phone calls and professionally assist customer enquiries
- Welcome and assist walk-in / pick-up customers
- Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
- Provide basic support regarding orders and product enquiries
Administrative Support
- General office administration, data entry, and document filing
- Assist with order processing and internal communication coordination
- Monitor and manage company email inboxes
- Support other general office duties as required
Warehouse Support (When Required)
- Provide basic support to warehouse operations during busy periods (such as simple coordination and order checking)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Fluent English communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls and face-to-face customer interaction
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work well within a team environment
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must hold valid full working rights in Australia
