The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated RN with at least 2 years of experience in critical care as well as a post graduate qualification in ICU to join our ICU team at Sydney Private Hospital Sydney.
This rewarding opportunity will see you join our staff at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney (SVPHS) located in Darlinghurst. This role will be full time working 38 hours per week and will be pivotal in the delivery of expert care to a diverse cohort of surgical and medical patients within the ICU. You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with a dedicated team of registered nurses, RN new graduates, nursing students, clinical nurse educators, patient care orderlies/AINs and medical teams.
Your skills and experience:
As an experienced Critical Care RN you will
Think critically and analyse nursing practice
Engage in therapeutic and professional relationships
Maintain the capability for practice
Comprehensively conduct nursing assessments
Develop a plan for nursing practice
Provide safe, appropriate and responsive quality nursing practice
Evaluate outcomes to inform nursing practice
