We are currently looking for exceptional individuals to join our team as full-time System Analyst.
The successful candidates will be assigned to:
- Evaluated existing property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale platforms, and reservation systems to identify functional gaps, assess performance limitations, and propose system modifications or replacement components to better meet operational requirements.
- Analysed ICT system processes and workflows across hotel departments including front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping, identifying inefficiencies in system behaviour and recommending modifications to improve system performance and reliability.
- Gathered and documented detailed system requirements from operational stakeholders, translating business needs into formal system specifications and technical documentation for use by system developers and vendors.
- Conducted feasibility studies and evaluated alternative system solutions — including software upgrades, third-party integrations, and configuration changes — recommending optimal approaches aligned to property operational and budgetary constraints.
- Designed and developed functional and technical system specifications, including data flow diagrams, process models, and system configuration documentation, to support the design and development of hospitality system solutions.
- Developed and executed system test plans to validate new and modified systems against defined specifications, ensuring system integrity, acceptable quality, and alignment with user requirements prior to deployment.
- Coordinated the implementation of new and enhanced ICT systems, including PMS upgrades, POS integrations, and infrastructure enhancements, ensuring solutions were deployed in accordance with approved system specifications, business requirements, and operational constraints.
- Provided expert advice to management and stakeholders regarding ICT system capabilities, integration requirements, performance limitations, and recommended system enhancements based on analysis of business and operational requirements.
- Developed comprehensive system documentation including technical specifications, configuration records, operational procedures, and end-user guides to support system maintenance and staff on boarding.
- Consulted with users, vendors, and technical teams to continuously assess and improve the functionality of hospitality systems, online booking platforms, and guest-facing digital interfaces, ensuring systems remain aligned with evolving business needs.
