Brand & Recruitment Representative

Kompletecare is a registered provider of disability and aged care services, supporting people to live well in their homes and communities. As we grow our Western Australian operations, we are seeking a confident, community-minded professional to represent the Kompletecare brand across metropolitan Perth while supporting our recruitment and onboarding function.
About the role
This is a dual-focus position. In the community, you will be the face of Kompletecare -building relationships with referral partners, disability and aged care organisations, allied health professionals and community groups, and representing us at networking events, expos and industry forums. Internally, you will support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, providing administrative coordination that ensures a smooth, compliant experience for every new starter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting Kompletecare’s disability and aged care services within the community and building strong referral relationships
- Representing Kompletecare professionally at networking events, expos, community meetings and industry forums
- Providing accurate information about Kompletecare’s services and referral pathways to prospective clients and stakeholders, and directing enquiries to the appropriate internal team
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment administration, including advertising, application screening, interview coordination and reference checks
- Coordinating onboarding for new clients, including compliance documentation
- Maintaining accurate, complete and compliant records across recruitment and onboarding activities
- Working closely with the Marketing and People & Culture teams to ensure consistent messaging and a professional candidate experience
About you
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills, with sound attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across community and office-based duties
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
Desirable: experience in disability, aged care, recruitment or community services; existing professional networks within WA's disability or aged care sectors.
Requirements
- Based at our Redcliffe office, with regular travel throughout metropolitan Perth; occasional regional travel and after-hours attendance at events may be required
- The successful applicant must hold, or be willing to obtain: National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WA), and a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
