Applications are invited from enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised Administrative Assistants to join our Business Team.
This varied role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including responding to telephone and email enquiries, welcoming and assisting visitors to the College, maintaining accurate data records, and providing high-quality customer service to staff, students, and families. Experience with basic printing processes would be advantageous. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, a sound understanding of office administration systems and procedures, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information is essential.
This is an ongoing, permanent, full-time position. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
