What you'll be doing
- Building trusted relationships that help children, young people, and families feel supported, heard, and confident to move forward.
- Working alongside families in their homes and communities to strengthen everyday skills, independence, and wellbeing.
- Helping people connect with the services, education, employment, and community supports that make a lasting difference.
- Collaborating with Child Safety and other local services to create practical, coordinated support around each family.
- Seeing the impact of your work through stronger relationships, positive progress, and meaningful outcomes over time.
You're the right person if...
- You genuinely care about supporting children, young people, and families to thrive.
- You build trust easily and approach people with empathy, respect, and a strengths-based mindset.
- You're confident working independently while staying connected with your team and other professionals.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts as required
- Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR (current or willing to obtain)
- Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
