Working with delivery service partners, senior leaders, and operations teams, you'll be the custodian of on-road excellence, creating win-win partnerships that advance both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex cross-functional programs spanning safety, capacity, quality, and customer experience initiatives across Australia's logistics network
- Drive strategic planning and implementation of medium-term on-road improvements, managing multiple competing priorities and complex projects simultaneously
- Partner with senior stakeholders, Delivery Partner Managers, and operations teams to establish network-wide best practices and continuous improvement processes
- Develop and maintain data-driven performance metrics, regularly analyzing program health and proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Influence and align diverse internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and consensus building to achieve organizational objectives
A day in the life
You'll start your day analyzing performance metrics from across the network, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and customer experience enhancements. You'll collaborate with Delivery Service Partners to understand on-ground challenges and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Your afternoons might involve strategic planning sessions with senior leaders, developing roadmaps for new initiatives, or facilitating workshops to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Knowledge of general AI tools
