IFM Group is a WA-owned Industrial Maintenance Company based in Naval Base. We specialise in civil, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical works, partnering with some of WA’s most respected mining, processing, and bulk handling organisations.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Plumber to join our industrial maintenance team and support projects across WA’s leading industrial sites.

Role Requirements:
Trade qualified Plumber
Previous experience in industrial or commercial maintenance
Knowledge of industry regulations, procedures, and safety requirements
Experience in poly welding, backflow prevention, working at heights, and confined space (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and lead others
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Neat and professional appearance
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Own tools of the trade
Proactive approach to safety and site requirements
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Tickets such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, High Risk Work, EWP, Basic Rigging, Forklift, and White Card are highly regarded
