Are you passionate about mental health and looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day?
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our South Perth team and help adults living with mental health challenges build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives within their communities.
This is the perfect opportunity for a clinician who enjoys psychosocial disability and wants the freedom to develop their practice in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. You'll work closely with participants experiencing complex needs, delivering recovery-focused interventions that create lasting change.
What makes this role unique is the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests and strengths. While there is a strong focus on adult psychosocial practice, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across other areas if desired.
For those who enjoy a change of scenery, we also offer optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, and Port Hedland. It's a great way to broaden your clinical experience, support regional communities, and enjoy something different, with all travel and accommodation organised by us.
What We Offer You:
- Work flexibility – Full-time or part-time – it's up to you.
- Excellent remuneration – Industry leading salary + salary packaging options + car allowance + laptop + smartphone + bonus opportunities.
- Work-Life Balance – Enjoy a mix of working from home, in the community, and from our clinic/hubs.
- Clinical support that actually supports you- Regular supervision, mentoring, and clinical support.
- Leave Options – Ability to purchase additional leave, plus a generous staff referral scheme.
- Continuous Professional Development – internal CPD, PD allowance, tailored training, and ongoing development with AAA and our parent company, MedHealth.
- Passionate and positive culture – Be part of a purpose-driven team that believes in your development and in making a difference.
