A Gaming & Bar Attendant works in licensed venues such as pubs, clubs, hotels, or casinos. The role combines customer service, bar service, and gaming machine operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers.
- Prepare basic cocktails and beverages.
- Operate the cash register and process payments.
- Monitor and assist customers using gaming machines.
- Pay out gaming machine winnings according to venue procedures.
- Check customer identification and ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible conduct of gambling (RCG/RSG) regulations.
- Keep the bar and gaming areas clean, stocked, and organized.
- Provide friendly customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Follow workplace health and safety policies.
Pay: $4,800.00 – $6,000.00 per month
