Who we're looking for:
Reporting to the HSE Manager / Quality Assurance & Systems Manager, the HSEQ Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery and administration of Multiplex's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems. You'll help maintain the systems, processes and records that support safe and successful project delivery.
Based on site and within a project office, you will split your week across multiple (2-3) construction projects within the Perth Metro area. The role provides valuable exposure to document control, reporting, training coordination, compliance, stakeholder engagement and HSEQ management systems.
- Maintain HSEQ systems, records, reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Support subcontractor compliance, onboarding and induction processes.
- Manage document control across SharePoint, Aconex and project systems.
- Coordinate HSEQ training, site access, purchase orders and invoice processing.
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You build strong working relationships, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in maintaining accurate records and documentation. Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and are looking to build your experience within a dynamic construction project environment.
You'll bring:
Administration experience, ideally within construction or a similar industry.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication, organisational and document management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
A White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid, Fire Warden or other HSEQ-related certifications will be highly regarded.
