- Lead the Governance and Improvement team, identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the implementation of best practices.
- Coordinate the Cabinet Legislation and Liaison Officer functions for the PSC, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate agency reporting processes for the PSC, including Estimates, SDS and the Annual Report.
- Support the Executive Leadership Advisory Group by preparing high-quality briefing notes and quarterly operational reports for the whole of PSC.
- Coordinate logistics for internal/external audits, prepare audit reports and management responses, and track recommendations to ensure compliance.
- Provide strategic risk management oversight by coordinating quarterly risk register reviews, maintaining the suite of risk policy documents, preparing papers for the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and leading integrity and ethics initiatives.
- Enhance and oversee cyber security, privacy and business continuity frameworks, including coordinating cyber exercises, data breach responses.
