What we are looking for
- Chef de Parie position
- Casual role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Extended knowledge of food and produce
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

The Role
- Working alongside the head chef to ensure daily kitchen operations
- Organising prep for daily shifts, setting up to lead a smooth service
- Stock control and management
- Ensure a positive atmosphere in the kitchen by leading as an example
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene and grooming standards

Salary
Sous Chef - $75,000 - $85,000 a year per year + tips + super
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
