The Perfect CandidateWe are looking for someone who brings a blend of professional expertise and genuine warmth. You are:
- You hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently making great progress in your studies).
- You have experience in a Lead or Senior role and understand how to manage the unique "toddler-tempo."
- You have a "safety-first" lens and a thorough understanding of WHS and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- You can turn a quick morning drop-off into a meaningful connection with a parent
The Essentials
- Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood (completed or enrolled).
- Clearances: Current Blue Card (WWC) and up-to-date First Aid (HLTAID012).
- Safeguarding: Current CHCPRT025 (Identify and report children and young people at risk) certification.
- Availability: 5 days per week, 7 hours per day.
