Your impact
As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring technology solutions are aligned to real business needs and deliver measurable value.
You will work across the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through to delivery, testing and implementation — often taking ownership of smaller projects end‑to‑end.
This role combines strong business analysis capability with delivery coordination, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope and fit for purpose.
What you’ll do
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews and analysis
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Partner with technical teams to design and deliver effective, scalable solutions
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Support end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, scope, risks and timelines
- Manage stakeholder communication and act as a key point of contact across projects
- Work with vendors and procurement teams to define and manage delivery outcomes
- Support change management, training and successful adoption of new solutions
What you bring
Experience & qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst working across IT or technology projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and lifecycle management
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors (desirable)

- Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
