About the Junior Graphic Designer | Signage Trainee position
- Essential skills needed: foundational graphic design and basic signage production knowledge.
- Salary range: Above award rate approximately $55,000 to $58,000 per year. reviewed after 3 months
- Location: northern Brisbane metropolitan region.
Key daily responsibilities for this role
- Collaborate closely with the business lead to understand signage design and production workflows.
- Review project briefs and prepare artwork ensuring suitability for signage application.
- Produce print-ready files with graphic design software, maintaining accuracy in text, layout, measurement, and colour.
- Support practical signage tasks such as vinyl application, laminating, large-format and flatbed printing, and preparing materials.
- Gain hands-on experience operating production equipment and performing final quality inspections.
