Mental Health Support Worker (NDIS) – Krain Care Services
Location: Melbourne South East & Surrounding Areas

Krain Care Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers with mental health experience to support our clients living with psychosocial disabilities to achieve their recovery goals and live independently within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented psychosocial supports.
- Assist participants with community access, daily living skills and capacity building.
- Support participants to attend appointments, education, employment and social activities.
- Promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion.
- Complete accurate case notes and incident reports.
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators and other professionals.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevent qualifications, Community Services, Disability or related field (or working towards).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check (preferred).
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting people with mental health, psychosocial disability or complex behaviours is highly regarded.
Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
