Planning Engineers
We are seeking experienced Planning Engineers to join our team in various locations around Australia including FIFO projects, Perth, Brisbane, and Sydney.
Opportunities exist for both immediate start and upcoming projects.
About our Role
We have existing work for you to walk into and take on tomorrow; our clients and relationships are established. We are continuing to grow our team by developing our own and bringing in experience to support us all.

What can you expect?
- Development of Tender Programs using Primavera P6 for different projects.
- Development of Baseline Programs using Primavera P6 for different projects.
- Identification and development of project key resources requirement and uploading into the P6 program.
- Preparation of accurate reporting and forecasting tool for different projects.
- Update and monitoring of weekly project progress, preparation of trend forecasts and initiation of corrective actions and mitigation measures.
- Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.
- Liaise with our Australian planning/project team to update progress, productivity and understanding project critical issues.
- Preparation of simplified programs and presentations for site staff in order to achieve productivity on daily basis with consideration of project longest and critical path activities.
- Preparation of mitigation and acceleration schedules by adopting different construction methodologies as and when required.
- Review and analysis of all sub-contractor schedules.
- Preparation of internal management reports for project progress analysis including executive reporting, earned value, Key Performance Indicators etc.
- Understand, communicate the sequence of activities that are critical for the delivery of the project; and the consequences of not completing other planned activities
- Understanding overarching functions of Project Controls and support to Project Controls team to implement and monitoring on the project.
- Provide regular reporting as required by the Project Team, team and reporting Manager.
- Other duties as directed by the reporting manager.
We are also seeking driven and experienced Senior Planning Engineers.
