Norcino is an Italian joint based in Pyrmont, open for Breakfast and Lunch 7 days from 7am to 3 pm and Dinner 4 days, Thursday to Monday from 5pm.

Requirements
- Experience in a food or bakery environment
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes
- Combine measured ingredients in mixers or blenders
- Prepare and bake Maritozzi buns, Doughnuts, Roman Pizza bread and Italian Tarts following set recipes
- Prepare and check condition of equipment and devices used for baking
- Check the quality of ingredients
- Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
- Complete Production Sheets
- Prepare all the service order including brekky roll and pizza sandwich
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Reliable and punctual
- Has a good work ethic
- Is able to work in a team environment
- Can read and understand and speak English
