We’re looking for an experienced Assets Compliance Officer with strong fire safety expertise to manage compliance across our property portfolio and help ensure our homes remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

About the Role
You’ll take ownership of compliance programs across fire safety, asbestos, and essential services, ensuring all properties meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be coordinating inspections, managing risk, and working closely with contractors, regulators, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage compliance programs across fire safety and essential services
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and Annual Fire Safety Statements
- Maintain accurate compliance registers and records
- Identify risks and oversee rectification works
- Provide advice on fire safety upgrades and remediation
- Manage contractors and monitor quality of works
- Support property onboarding/offboarding from a compliance perspective
About You
You bring practical experience and confidence in managing compliance, particularly in fire safety. You’re organised, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in asset management and/or compliance
- Strong knowledge of fire safety and WHS regulations
- Experience managing audits, inspections and compliance programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in using compliance and asset management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
