About the Role
We’re seeking an engaging and adept all-rounder to work across a variety of Infrastructure and Data Centre projects. Supported by a collaborative national team, your project leadership skills and prior experience on infrastructure, particularly data centre projects will be critical to your success. Responsibilities include:
- Lead the day-to-day management of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with our design philosophy, standards, and project plans
- Manage client and consultant relationships including contracts, invoicing, and communications
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules and quality management documentation
- Oversee high-quality documentation, designs, presentations and renders across all stages
- Identify and resolve issues affecting quality, timelines, or budget
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members to contribute towards a positive studio culture, enable collaboration, and support professional development
About You
You're an experienced architect with Infrastructure and Data Centre project experience who brings a strong technical lens, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in lifting the quality of work across a team.
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of infrastructure and data centre projects.
- Established project management and well-developed team leadership skills
- Ability to manage client and consultant relationships
- Advanced Revit, InDesign and 3D software skills
- Exemplary design communication skills to convey concepts through imagery and diagrams
- Working knowledge and demonstrated experience applying the requirements of the BCA / NCC and other relevant standards and consultant reports
- Architectural qualifications to a post-graduate level (or equivalent)
- Architecture qualification meeting APE registration requirements; registered or on the pathway (we're open to varied career profiles)
