About the Position
Join Bond University’s Office of Future Students and play a key role in shaping the future of our student community. As Coordinator, Admissions, you will oversee the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of domestic and international student applications, ensuring an exceptional applicant experience from application through to enrolment.
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and support a team of Admissions Officers, managing daily workflows, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with university policies and procedures. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across faculties, the Office of Future Students, and Student Business Services, acting as a central point of coordination to ensure seamless collaboration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support data reporting and planning processes, and play an important part in driving operational excellence within the Admissions team.

We are seeking a motivated and capable professional who brings:

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience in a university or similar administrative environment.

Strong knowledge of university admissions processes, including an understanding of domestic and international compliance and regulatory requirements.

A demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
-
Proven ability to interpret policies, navigate complex issues, and make sound, informed decisions.
Experience leading, training, and supporting staff, alongside a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The salary for the position commences at $99,108.89 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
